Aim of the course:
This course concludes the MOOC Digital Skills for Teaching VET by shifting the focus from individual teaching practices to the institutional conditions required to sustain digital transformation over time.
This course focuses on the leadership and organisational dimensions of digital transformation in VET. It examines how apprenticeships, mentoring roles and institutional strategies are being reshaped by digital technologies.
Through lessons on evolving apprenticeship roles, digitally enhanced learning experiences and strategic planning, participants explore how to lead change processes, support staff development and build sustainable digital capacity within VET institutions and partner companies.

- Understanding how digitalisation is transforming the roles of trainers, mentors and supervisors in apprenticeships.
