Aim of the course :
The aim of Course 5, Labour Market Alignment, Quality and Continuous Innovation is to strengthen the capacity of VET professionals, trainers and in-company tutors to design, deliver and continuously improve high-quality apprenticeship and training systems aligned with labour market needs. The course provides a practical understanding of European quality frameworks, particularly EFQEA and EQAVET, and supports their application across the full apprenticeship life cycle to ensure relevance, transparency and excellence in learning outcomes.
In addition, the course promotes a culture of continuous innovation in training centres and construction-related companies. It equips participants with the knowledge and tools to integrate green, digital and inclusive priorities into vocational training, foster collaboration between education and industry, and respond effectively to skills gaps and ongoing transformations in the sector.
